S90 Billet Aluminum Throttle Body for 1G/2G DSM & Evo 1/2/3

The S90 direct bolt-on throttle body for Evo 1/2/3 and 1G/2G DSM is precision CNC machined from AL6061 T6 billet aluminum for increased durability. Available with a 70mm or 74mm bore size and includes a new gasket and mounting hardware.

The throttle shaft and blade assembly are CNC machined from AL7075-T6 aluminum separately to increase horsepower and torque by optimizing airflow to the engine, with the addition of two high quality bearings for smoother and precision control.

Install Notes:
• The factory FIAV (Fast Idle Air Valve) parts can be installed to the bottom of the throttle body, but if you want to block off your FIAV, the gasket and block off plate are available here:
• We recommend a 3' coupler for the 70/74mm throttle bodies. The 3' coupler is just a bit loose on the 70mm, but a 2.75' is way too small. The 3' coupler is VERY tight on the 74mm, but it does fit. A 3.25' coupler on the 74mm is way too big.
