Revised porting allows the Deceptor Pro II more airflow and venting bias while the new bore finishing process will ensure a lifetime of reliability. The Deceptor Pro II system for the Evo 8 or 9 is a direct factory replacement kit that includes everything you need for a complete install with no cutting or further modification to your Mitsubishi.
