The Forced Performance 84mm Turbo Inlet Pipe for EJ WRX/STi was designed to match the flow capabilities of the FP 84mm Flow Advancement Port Compressor Covers on the Subaru EJ turbos.
This kit comes with everything shown in the picture, which allows you to install the intake onto your EJ platform WRX/STi with no further parts needed. This inlet pipe will not fit a 3' cover, and inversely you cannot run an FP 84MM cover with a 3' inlet pipe.
